Class Structure:
Warm-up (5 minutes):

Coordination and Movement Exercises (5 minutes):

Basic Tennis Drilling (25 minutes):

Each session has a focus on one specific shot that either the coach has planned or the kids want to do.

The options for the shots are forehand, backhand, volleys, slices and serves.

(15 minutes):
